Poppers
Well I made a few poppers last weekend and had a chance this week to finish the rest. I think they came out pretty good but the real test will be if the small mouths around here will like them.
I think this weekend I'll be tying a bunch of Wooly Buggers and trying to get out on the lake one more time ice fishing before the ice becomes to unsafe.

ReplyDeleteYeah they always are. What are you using for the tail? Some of them look like maybe marabou? Curious as I use calf tail but I am always looking to branch out and try new stuff.
ReplyDeleteI used marabou, buck tail, neer hair and FisHair. Tried a variety of material. Also depended on the color I wanted and what material I had in that color.
